To have a full Kingdom vision, one must understand the three parts of salvation that correspond to the three main feast days as well as to man’s spirit, soul, and body.

Paul had a Hebrew perspective, though he ministered among Greeks. The Greek view was based on the idea that man was a dichotomous being, having a body and a spiritual soul. The Hebrew view was based on the idea that man was a trichotomous being, having a body, a soul, and a spirit.

Paul makes it clear throughout his letters that our soul came from Adam, who “became a living soul” (1 Corinthians 15:45; Genesis 2:7 KJV). He says further that the soul is fleshly, or carnal, because it is the offspring of the first sinner, Adam. He calls the soul “the old man” (Ephesians 4:22 KJV; Colossians 3:9 KJV), treating it as a “man” having a conscious identity. The NASB renders it “the old self.”

As we conclude the Age of Pentecost and transition into the Age of Tabernacles, we must say something about the actual reward that is given to the overcomers at the time of the second coming of Christ. Our inheritance is rooted in the idea of the Birthright.

One of the most basic principles of Scripture is the Birthright. Without understanding the nature of the Birthright, it is hardly possible to have a clear vision of the Kingdom. The Birthright was established in Genesis 1:26-28, and it is literally our Kingdom inheritance that we will receive at the end of the age.

It is composed of two main elements: the right to rule (Dominion Mandate) and the right to be fruitful (Fruitfulness Mandate). This Birthright was passed down to those generations recorded in Genesis 5 (Adam to Noah) and again in Genesis 11:10-32 (Shem to Abram/Abraham). From there, we are given more detailed histories of his descendants, Isaac, Jacob-Israel, and the 12 sons of Jacob.

I decided to present the prophecy of Hosea commencing with this week, because on the Saturday program over the next few weeks I plan to present my papers on the Scythians and their origins – God willing – and this prophet more than any other with the arguable exception of perhaps Isaiah, goes hand-in-hand with the history of the deportations of Israel and Judah.

Hosea began his prophesying, according to his own introduction, at the time when Uzziah (who is also sometimes confusingly called Azariah in the King James Version) ruled over Judah and and Jeroboam II ruled over Israel. Both of these men reigned for a long time: Uzziah, who was stricken with leprosy while he ruled, from about 791-739 BC and Jeroboam II from 793-753 BC. Therefore Hosea began to prophecy before 753 BC. He wrote until the days of Hezekiah. Hezekiah ruled Judah from about 729-698 BC and since there was no king in Israel after Hoshea’s rule ended circa 722 BC, we see that Hosea did not mention any king after Jeroboam II even though six kings followed him before Israel was fully broken as a kingdom. Therefore Hosea wrote from no later than 753 BC unto at least 722 BC, a period of at least 32 years during the time described in the Bible from II Kings chapters 14 to 20, and from II Chronicles chapters 26 to 32.

The current resurgence of Y2k fashions has prompted recent documentary reappraisals of that era’s biggest brand names, from Von Dutch to Abercrombie & Fitch. Now the mother of them all receives the docuseries treatment with Victoria’s Secret: Angels and Demons, a three-parter about fashion, sex, power, money and misconduct that’s sure to titillate when it premieres this week. But behind the glitz and glitter touting female empowerment through in-your-face sexuality lay allegations of bullying and harassment of employees and models; executives dismissive of casting more diverse and inclusive models; and former billionaire CEO Les Wexner’s disconcertingly close ties to convicted sex offender and disgraced financier Jeffrey Epstein. Many of the more lurid details were still yet to be revealed, including that Wexner, now 84, enabled Epstein’s access to wealth and women by granting the financier broad powers over the corporate titan’s finances, philanthropy, and private life. Epstein even posed as a talent scout for Victoria’s Secret in 1997, luring a model to a Santa Monica hotel room where he groped and manhandled her. As the series lays out in detail, Epstein’s long and close relationship with Wexner facilitated the purchase of his townhouse (where he sexually abused underage girls) and private jet used to traffic his victims, known infamously in the media as the Lolita Express [which transported elites like the Clinton’s to the sex-abuse island] …

The Cave of Letters is quite literally a cave of secrets. Rediscovered by archaeologists in the 1960s, its contents told of uprisings as well as everyday life in ancient Israel. What at first appeared to be an unassuming cave located in a cliff face in the Judean desert actually turned out to be a perfectly preserved time capsule, full of letters and documents from the 1st and 2nd centuries. Archaeologists have worked hard to pick apart these letters and the other items found in the cave in order to understand who used the cave and why. It is hard to tell exactly what the Cave of Letters was used for, but archaeologists have their theories.

The United Nations General Assembly voted on Wednesday to hold an event commemorating Israel’s establishment as a “catastrophe.”

In a majority, 90 member countries voted in favor of the move with 30 dissenting, and 47 abstaining from the vote, according to the Jerusalem Post. The United States and most of the European Union came out against the proposal.

The word “Nakba” is an Arabic word meaning catastrophe, according to the Jerusalem Post. The Palestinians use to the term to refer to Israel’s establishment in 1948, which is observed annually on May 15.

As many readers will know, my most recent book was titled The Political Seduction of the Church: How Millions of Americans Have Confused Politics with the Gospel. And while I did make passing reference to the errors of the Christian left, my focus was on the Christian right, in particular conservative evangelicals, part of the community with which I identify.

But as the 2022 elections continue to be decided with a major senatorial runoff in Georgia, it is a good time to focus on the overt and unashamed merging of politics with the gospel on the Christian left.

Atheism and humanism are on the rise, as the number of elected members filling state and federal seats who profess no belief in God increases from only five before 2016, to upward of 70 after the most recent election cycle — a sharp shift from the Judeo-Christian values that have defined America since its founding. 

The Center for Freethought Equality (CFE) sees this increase as progress towards a “safer, saner, stronger, and more secular America,” celebrating “continued gains for the humanist and atheist community in the electoral arena.”

Central bankers and international corporate financiers have long been pretending to hate the very concept of cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin and Ethereum, while at the same time investing heavily in blockchain technologies and infrastructure.  

The purpose of the ruse is not clear, but more than likely it was an attempt at mass reverse psychology – “We don’t like crypto and digital currencies because we supposedly have no control over them; free market proponents should embrace them blindly because that is how you will beat us.”

Revelations’ signs and wonders in nature and civilization are understood to usher in an apocalypse—a time when God brings one era to a close, and another era begins. Christians need not fear an apocalypse, however, because after the end of this age will come a time when all creation is restored, and faithful followers of Christ welcome God’s endless reign. John’s Revelation carries a message of God’s grace and love. Jesus said, “At that time they will see the Son of Man coming in a cloud with power and great glory. When these things begin to take place, stand up and lift your heads, because your redemption is drawing near” (Luke 22:27-28)…

Someone once said that Christians treat the book of Revelation like the priest and the Levite treated the wounded man in the parable of the Good Samaritan. They pass by it on the other side. Some avoid prophecy because it seems difficult to understand. Others feel too overwhelmed by the present to think about the future. Some pastors have never even preached from the book of Revelation because they don’t see its relevance to everyday life. While many Christians are content to leave prophecy’s pages shrouded in mystery and misunderstanding, it is the only reliable information about our tomorrows.

Civil unrest is spreading globally, from the world’s democracies like the U.S. to strongholds of tyranny like Iran. As we exit the end of this Biblical age, or era, this secular firm reports that A dangerous new era of civil unrest is dawning in the United States and around the world. They are only reporting what they see, but they are onto a more significant series of events that they realize. They’re seeing on earth the results of a spiritual battle of which they are unaware.
